The automatic generator is separate from the manual builder. Students can use reviewed templates or create an advanced rule set without browsing and selecting every question individually.
Four clear steps
- Choose a template or advanced custom mode.
- Configure module, paper, marks, year and optional filters.
- Check whether the matching question pool is sufficient.
- Generate, save, print or start a timed attempt.
The generator should fail clearly
When a filter is too narrow, PYQPath reports the available count and suggests expanding the year range, removing a topic filter or reducing the requested questions instead of silently generating an incomplete paper.
