PYQPath Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to PYQPath. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with the plan and module access granted to your account.
Accounts and eligibility
- Provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential.
- One account is intended for one user unless a separate institutional arrangement is agreed.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Module access
- Registration does not itself grant paid access.
- Access depends on the active plan, add-on, bundle, trial or manual grant associated with the account.
- A preferred Optional is a profile choice; it is not a substitute for an Optional entitlement.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, bulk copy, resell, redistribute or systematically reproduce protected question-bank data, taxonomy, reports or application content.
- Do not bypass access controls, test other users’ accounts, upload malicious files or interfere with service operation.
- Do not use PYQPath to misrepresent an official affiliation or examination result.
Educational limitation
- PYQPath is a preparation and organisation platform. It does not guarantee selection, marks, rank, examination questions or any particular outcome.
- Self-scores and improvement guidance are user-entered or rule-based indicators, not official evaluation.
