Question Correction Policy
A searchable question bank becomes useful only when corrections are easy to report and carefully verified.
What can be reported
- Question wording or punctuation.
- Year, marks, paper, section or question number.
- Subject, topic, subtopic or search tags.
- Duplicate question records.
- Source or verification status.
How reports are handled
- Submit the question link, suspected issue and supporting official source where possible.
- The report receives a support reference and enters the admin inbox.
- An authorised reviewer compares the canonical record with source evidence before editing or publishing.
Correction outcomes
- Correct the existing record.
- Merge a duplicate and preserve source references.
- Move the question to draft or under-review status.
- Retain the record when the evidence does not support a change.
